Often hearing, you just need to create your starter within 8 days and then you are ready to go.

Can my kids participate as you are teaching me in the kitchen?

YES, of course!
Although indoor space is limited, so I imagine the outdoor playtime will be far more tempting for our homeschooled little ones, but anyway, curious hearts are always welcomed.
Is it possible to see the daily schedule before purchase?

YES, it is. Click here and check it out.
It is a very flexible daily schedule, sticks to the needs of the dough making.
The actual real-time work is negligible
