About my bread

Do you have a bucket list?! 

Well I don't really either .. however over 10 years by now, I had a vision of excitement by being able to make my own bread to my family for life.

I've heard about the concept of creating a so called, starter that acts like a great wine, by meaning it, gets better and better with time.

 As a newbie, I've done a lot of research to get a clue on how shall I began. 

So I got myself into practice around 2017 .. I failed.

I failed big time and I've nearly made myself believe, it's too hard and that is not even for me. 

 Thank goodness, the inner call were stronger then a negative believe system, I have had created to myself.

So, I gave another try to it long years later with one command,

this time I refuse to give up no matter what! 

 I've created my starter from scratch and kept my eyes, my heart on it.

Observation is key in this life

 I am feeding my starter everyday, ever since.

By now it can be called a strong starter that is capable of producing  'unbeatable level of quality breads'. 

 So this time it feels like, I've made it big time!

So the once upon a time flashed idea on having the best yet still traditional bread available in my household for life, became true.

Since, I've had the pleasure of sharing my bread with many people from all over the world, it been praised by everyone who has had the chance to taste it
