It's essence, my starter, was born in October 2022.
It has been fed nearly every single day ever since so by now it can be called a strong, stable starter.
This is the kind of journey that makes all worth it!
Shall we?!
Observation is key in life.
This is cumulatively true when it comes to sourdough bread making.
The whole process takes your full attention if you start this journey from scratch. I did.
I went through a tough journey to succeed and be where I am today.
However, if back in the days anyone, reliable would have offered me a 1:1 Online Coaching service I am here for now, I would have taken that easily, so I could have let all the stress behind.

Let me add here a little story.
I've named my starter after my unborn child.
My starter born in 10th of October 2022.
I've heard, bakers giving names to their starters. Well, that time I've found that kind of weird, or let's say it did not resonant with me so I just kept my focus on the process by creating my starter.
Thus then in just 2 months later I've suffered an early staged miscarriage, that made me automatically turning to my starter and naming her after my Zelda.. ..who happened not to join our Family in a human energy form.
It's been nearly 3 years and Zelda been fed almmost every single day.
The care, passion, patience and joy I have experienced by my starter's power, allows me to be humbled on the reflection of existence and so brings me closer to my true self.
Now, I know it's time for Zelda to fly and grow memories for other families too.
As a former professional athlete, I still hold myself to the highest standards - which is why I’m proud to present my Workshops in Mallorca.
