Hi, my name is Kinga and I am here to reliably guide you through the magical process of making sourdough bread.

I have first considered making my very own sourdough breads 7 years ago. I’ve tried to accomplish my personal wish on being able to bake the possibly healthiest and yet still original homemade bread, the well beloved of many, sourdough bread.
Well, I have failed, big time.
Then my first daughter born, so i have had no time left in my hands to start to experiment , plus I have kind of made myself believe, that it’s not even for me. ( .. )
Almost 4 years passed by and I felt the inner call again.
My second born girl was not even 2 years old when I took the whole process even more seriously.
I knew I am not gonna quit.
No matter what, but this time I will make it.

We learn and master sourdough bread making in a small groups event here in Mallorca.
I can comfortably host and guide up to 5 peoples at the time.

Day 1
✔ Quick introduction
✔ Learning how to feed the starter
We get together after your daily beach time, around 18:00 to start our 3 days treat on sourdough bread making.
I will welcome you with my freshly baked bread to enjoy and to get a perfect idea what is ahead of you. By 19:30 we will cover the day.
Day 2
✔ Master perfect levain
✔ Flexible time schedule
✔ Creating the dough
We get together shortly in the morning, around 8:00 to feed our starters.
Then you are good to go and enjoy the day as desired till we meet up again around 13:00.
That’s where it gets really interesting.
The main part of making sourdough bread gets wrapped up and go as far as cold fermentation aka over night fridge time.
This afternoon will continuously followed by flexible schedule however if you will choose to stay around till our doughs gets ready for slow fermentation, I will open the space for questions and stories about bread making.

You will also be able to join my hospitality and our properties additions, such as swimming pool, good wines and various snacks I will prepare for you.
Day 3

We get together in the morning around 8:00 and bake your possibly very first sourdough bread ready.

By lunch time you can impress the lucky once you arrived to Mallorca with, to enjoy your freshly baked sourdough bread.
