Hi, my name is Kinga and I am here to reliably guide you through the magical process of making sourdough bread.

We learn and master sourdough bread making! 

Comfort first - This is hands-on session; with a clear camera setup, I coach you Live-Online, one-to-one, giving real-time cues as your dough changes — so you never guess the next step.

How does the daily schedule looks like?

We get together , around 18:00 to start our 3 days treat on sourdough bread making.

I will welcome you Online - will chat about all that is ahead of us - and by 18:45 we will cover the day.

✔ Master perfect levain
✔ Flexible time schedule
✔ Creating the dough

Next morning around 8:00, we shortly get together via Meet-invite, only to feed our starters.

Then you are good to go and enjoy the day as desired till we meet up again around 13:00.
And that’s where it gets really interesting!

The main part of making sourdough bread gets wrapped up and go as far as cold fermentation aka over night fridge time.

  • 13:00 — Mix and create the dough

  • 14:00 — First stretch & fold

  • 15:00 — Coil-fold technique (set your fold rhythm)

After that, we’ll add brief check-ins as needed, based on your kitchen temperature and how the dough is behaving.

The schedule is flexible—there are natural 1–2 hour gaps between sessions.

If there are no questions, we simply hop off and reconnect at the next checkpoint.

We’ll continue like this until the dough is ready for slow, cold fermentation. ​

Between calls, I’ll keep space open for your questions and any stories or curiosities about bread-making.
